The following terms and conditions are important things that
you should know before using or accessing the findacleaner.org
site. These affect both your rights and our rights (so please
read them carefully).

you agree to be bound by the most current version of the conditions
of use. Please check these conditions periodically for any

By using this site, you accept these terms of use. If you

1. Purpose

of this site is to provide a ‘notice board’ where
parties requiring cleaning services may advertise for and
search for cleaners in their local area(s) and where cleaners
may advertise their services and search for potential customers.
1.2 This site
is intended to be available to all parties who are interested
in finding a cleaner or providing cleaning services. As this
site is available to all, findacleaner.org cannot control
who will have access to information available on this site
and you are advised to consider carefully when posting information
to this site whether you are happy for such information to
be publicly available.
2. Independence
from Users.
Findacleaner.org is not an agent for and does not vouch for
those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods
or services may be displayed or referred to in findacleaner.org,
nor for the availability, suitability or prices of such goods
and services nor for the legal entitlement, competencies,
professional qualifications, trade certifications, or memberships
of trade associations of such persons, companies or other
organisations.|
3. Ownership
of Site.
3.1 All copyright,
database right and other intellectual property rights in all
the material on the site including but not limited to site
design, structure, page layouts, graphical images and underlying
software code (collectively the "Content") belongs
to findacleaner.org or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
3.2 You shall
not during your use of this site or after you stop using it,
use or adopt any trade mark, trading name or trading style
or commercial designation that includes or is similar to or
may be mistaken for the whole or any part of any trade mark,
trading name or trading style or commercial designation used
by findacleaner.org in connection with this site.
3.3 Subject
to Clause 4, you may only reformat, adapt, extract, vary or
modify data contained within this site which relates to yourself
(or your employer, if appropriate).
4. Access
to and Use of Information.
4.1 You may
access, print and download the Content onto electronic, magnetic,
optical or similar storage media provided that:
4.1.1
such activities are for private research, study or in-house
use only;
4.1.2 none of
the text or associated images or graphics are modified in
any way;
4.1.3 the text,
images and graphics contained therein are not separated
from each other in any way;
4.1.4 no part
of the Content is used for any commercial purpose other
than for internal use by your company or other legal entity
not extending to any display to or use involving (paying
or prepaying) customers; and
4.1.5 all activities
are conducted manually without the use of automatic software
to perform multiple accesses or any other automated processing
of the Content.
4.2
You may not otherwise copy, collect, distribute, transmit,
any of the Content and you may never sell or publish any of
the Content, without prior written permission. To the extent
you are permitted to reproduce any Content, you must also
include in such copies all copyright, trade mark or other
proprietary notices contained in the Content.
4.3 The content
is for general information and use only and is not intended
to be a recommendation of any kind by findacleaner.org.
4.4 Findacleaner.org
advises users to satisfy themselves as to the exact type and
nature of goods or services being offered or qualifications
held by those persons, companies and other organisations whose
goods or services may be displayed or referred to in findacleaner.org.
4.5 Findacleaner.org
reserves the right to refuse access to the site by any party
at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion and
determination.
5.
Validity and Accuracy of Content.
5.1
Findacleaner.org has no practical means to verify the currency,
accuracy or completeness of the Content and such data is provided
“as is”.
5.2 As a consequence
of Clause 5.1:

Findacleaner.org does not endorse or represent the accuracy,
truthfulness or reliability of any information provided
on or by means of this site and disclaims all liability
in respect of your use of it; and
5.2.2 it is your
responsibility to ensure that all data on the site concerning
yourself (and/or your employer) is accurate, complete and
up-to-date.
6.
Deletion of Information.
Findacleaner.org reserves the right to delete any and all
information posted to this site by you (or your employer,
as appropriate). Findacleaner.org may exercise this right
at its sole discretion and at any time including, without
limitation, in the event that you do not log onto this site
for a period of 9 months or more.
7.
Processing of Information
7.1
Mapa Spontex UK Limited, the sponsor of this site, and its
group companies (the “Sponsor”) would like to provide
you with details of its products and special offers from time
to time. Where you have given your consent, the Sponsor will
use information about you provided to this site and may share
this information within its group to tailor the details it
sends to you using the contact details you provide. The Sponsor
will not share the contact details you provide with other
companies outside its group unless you give your consent.
7.2 Information
posted by you to this site will be made available to cleaners/customers
(as appropriate) who declare themselves to be looking for
customers and/or cleaners in your declared geographical location.
Please note that some of the facilities made available on
this site will necessitate the automatic processing of data
supplied by you (or your employer, if relating to the cleaning
business you work for).
7.3 Findacleaner.org
shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that data posted
to this site by you (or your employer, if relating to the
cleaning business you work for) shall be accessed only in
accordance with these terms (as amended).
7.4 Findacleaner.org
shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that information
about you (or your employer, if appropriate) may only be amended
by a party using the user name and password provided to you
(or your employer, if appropriate) at the time of registration
with this site. You are recommended to keep such user name
and password secure and to avoid disclosure to any third party.

Links.
All links that connect this site with other sites are provided
solely for your convenience and information and findacleaner.org
does not endorse or recommend any such sites.
9.
Complaints and Further Information.
In the event that you have any concern about the operation
of this site or the use of information posted to this site
by you (or your employer) or if you require any further information

or warranties of any kind. Findacleaner.org and the Sponsor
both disclaim all representations, warranties and implied
terms and conditions, including by way of example but not
limitation, as to satisfactory quality and fitness for any
particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law. In addition, findacleaner.org excludes all representations,
warranties or implied terms or conditions that the Content
and/or facilities accessible via this site are accurate, complete
or current, or that this site will be available at all times
or free of defects, including, but not limited to, viruses
or other harmful elements. You, the user of this site, assume
all costs arising as a result of the use of this site.

Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither
findacleaner.org nor the Sponsor nor any director, employee,
affiliate or other representative will be liable for loss
or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of,
or inability to use, the Content and/or facilities or services
offered through this site, including, but not limited to,
indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income,
profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims
of third parties, even if findacleaner.org or the Sponsor
have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage
or such loss or damage were reasonably foreseeable.
12.
Applicable law.
These terms, the site, and all Content and use of it shall
be governed by English Law, and you the user submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (save that findacleaner.org
may take action in relation to enforcement of its intellectual
property rights in any court worldwide). Those who choose
to access this site from other locations do so on their own
initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws,
if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. You may
not use the findacleaner.org site to do anything that is not
lawful in the place where you access the site.
13.
General.
13.1
Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions
must be in writing and signed by findacleaner.org to be valid.
A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a
waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the
same provision in the future.
13.2 If any court of competent
jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions
to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision
shall be ineffective to the extent of the court’s finding
without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
13.3 These terms and conditions
represent the entire understanding and agreement between the
parties relating to the subject matter herein (save that no
term or condition is intended to be, or shall operate as,
an exclusion or limitation of liability for that party’s
wilful default (including fraud)) and supersede any and all
prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral
or written.
